Missing items in order

I had ordered a bracelet and 2 Thore hammer necklaces at the same time. The bracelet came in and the quality is great. However I never received the 2 Thore necklaces over 35 days ago. I emailed them 3 weeks ago and they said it's on it's way. No response back when I emailed again to check up on it because I still don't have them.
